All good things...
That was the longest continuous period of inactivity I've had in quite a while. I've managed to do very little, which is probably not the best use of my time, but to be honest, I've done a lot in the past ten months that I guess a few days of slacking off is excusable. So what have I actually manatged to achieve?
I watched the conclusion of Heroes and The OC.
I saw my cousin's little munchkin.
I went for several runs.
I sent off another couple of job applications.
I waited to hear from my other job applications, and didn't hear anything.
I slept in today. Didn't get out of bed until nearly 8 o'clock!
I wrote several thousand words of my novel, approaching the magical 80,000 word barrier, and the subsequent re-drafting and editing, grr...
I investigated other possible possibilities for career moves. Nothing magical presented itself, but I'll keep an eye out.
Ho hum, back to university tomorrow. But, think about this: in a month's time I'll be done with my course, and technically, NEET. That's Not in Education, Employment or Training for all you acronymophobes out there. Of which I am one, absolutely despise acronyms. And buzzwords. Grr, make me crazy they do.
