A New Munchkin!

Yesterday my cousin and his lady welcomed the arrival of a little girl munchkin, so now we have a new second cousin, with tiny little hands and even smaller fingers, so very cute. As of yet, no decision on a name, but plenty of suggestions from Margot - who reckoned naming the little tyke after her.

As for me, it's been a tiring old week, with plenty of long days at university, and an even longer day going to and returning from my school, where I had to arrange the details of my last four weeks of student teaching. It ended up being nine hours of travelling for an hour or so of meeting. Which was a little bit annoying, but at least it's done. I'll be heading up there for the first week on Monday, hopefully there will be the chance to do some fun stuff like trips to various places.

Still waiting to hear back on some jobs, but I need to remain patient and positive that something good will work out. It's what I've been telling myself all along, though it feels a bit more urgent now, with a mere seven weeks left of the course. Crikey!
